Our Annual Edgar Road Elementary School PTO Trivia & Auction Night will be held Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 and we need your help to make it the most successful yet! 

Why should you donate?

  • We expect 200+ parents, faculty and members of our community to attend! 
  • The opportunity to directly market to people right here in our community who love supporting local businesses! 
  • Our attendees look forward to this event every year and love the competitive nature of the evening and look forward to the bidding competition!
  • These funds are used to update technology, support special projects, education items and other necessities that aren’t covered by district funding!

Have season tickets to the Muny, Fox, Cardinals, Blues or other fun St. Louis venues? Donate the show or game you can't make it to!


Do you own or have access to vacation homes, Air BNBs, or airline miles? Donate a weekend you won't use.


Own or work for a company that can donate goods or services? Have any other fun or useful items you'd like to donate? We're happy to accept them! 


Donate a bottle of wine/champagne for the Wine Pull or a bottle of liquor to stock the auction’s Bar Cart. 


Host a sign-up party. Pick a theme (ex. Pool party, backyard BBQ, Wine Tasting) decide when and where you want to hold the party, and a fair price to attend. At the auction, those interested will sign up and pay, with all the money going directly to the Edgar Road PTO. (The cost of the party is covered by the hosts). A great way to have fun with other Edgar Road families!

     For your generous donation, your business will receive:

          - Your logo on premium main stage signage at event 
          - Promotion of your business throughout the entire event by our emcee 

 

Gold Sponsorship: Cash donation of $500 or more
     For your generous donation, your business will receive:
          - Everything included for Auction Sponsors plus:
          - Promotion of your business on our PTO website and social media channels
          - Your logo on signage at the event

 

Trivia Round Sponsorship:  Sponsor a round of trivia with your cash donation of $250
     For your generous donation, your business will receive:
          - Everything included for Auction Sponsors plus:
          - Promotion of your business on our PTO website and social media channels
          - Shoutout of your business and short display of your business logo at the beginning of your round

 

Auction Sponsor: Donates item or service for auction (at any value)
     For your generous donation, your business will receive:
